Sort-It-Out, Inc. Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 25,2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, school, courses, classes, memberships, subscriptions, digital products, workshops, downloads, materials, and related services offered by Sort-It-Out, Inc. (“Sort-It-Out,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using any Sort-It-Out program, class, membership, course, workshop, subscription, digital product, or service (collectively, the “Programs and Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all Programs and Services offered by Sort-It-Out, Inc., whether delivered through our website, Thinkific school, email, downloads, live sessions, recorded content, digital materials, or any other delivery method we use.
Certain Programs and Services may include additional terms, conditions, pricing details, scheduling terms, refund rules, access periods, or participation requirements disclosed on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, enrollment page, or program description.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms stated for a particular Program or Service at the time of purchase, the specific terms for that Program or Service will control for that purchase.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or enroll in our Programs and Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase, including a valid email address and payment method, and to keep that information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
3. Account Use and Security
Your account is personal to you unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
You may not share your login credentials, transfer your account to another person, or allow another person to access purchased content through your account unless the Program specifically allows that.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, if we reasonably believe that an account has been shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Programs and Services Offered
Sort-It-Out offers a variety of Programs and Services, which may include, without limitation:
- self-paced courses,
- memberships,
- subscription programs,
- live classes,
- recorded trainings,
- workshops,
- group sessions,
- downloadable materials,
- educational products,
- and other related services.
Not all Programs and Services are offered in the same format. Some may be subscription-based. Others may be one-time purchases, fixed-length classes, limited-access offers, live programs, or downloadable products.
The format, pricing, billing structure, and access period for each Program or Service will be stated at the time of purchase.
5. Payment Terms
By purchasing or enrolling in any Program or Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with that purchase.
You authorize Sort-It-Out, or our third-party payment processor, to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law. Any Fees are billed in addition to applicable taxes.
6. Subscription and Recurring Billing
Some Programs and Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.
If you enroll in a subscription-based Program or Service, you authorize Sort-It-Out to automatically charge your payment method at the recurring interval disclosed at checkout, such as monthly, weekly, or another billing period, unless and until you cancel.
Subscription payments are for continued access, availability, and participation rights associated with the Program or Service, not for your level of use, attendance, completion, or results.
This means, for example:
- If your subscription remains active, billing continues.
- If you stop logging in but do not cancel, billing continues.
- If you do not attend or participate, billing continues.
- If you complete available materials but do not cancel, billing continues.
- If you intended to cancel but did not complete the cancellation process, billing continues until cancellation is properly completed.
7. Cancellation of Subscription-Based Offers
You may cancel a subscription-based Program or Service at any time, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
When you cancel, future billing stops, but your access continues through the end of your current paid billing period unless the specific offer states a different end date.
No prorated refunds, partial refunds, credits, or retroactive cancellations will be given for unused time in an active billing period.
Examples:
- If your subscription renews on March 10 and you cancel on March 18, you will continue to have access until your next billing date, and you will not be charged again after that.
- If your subscription renews on March 10 and you do not cancel before the next billing date, your subscription may renew automatically again on or about April 9 or April 10, depending on the billing cycle.
- If you stop using a subscription Program but do not cancel, you remain responsible for charges until cancellation is completed.
8. How to Cancel Subscription-Based Offers
Unless a specific Program or Service states a different cancellation method in writing, cancellation of subscription-based offers must be completed through your account in the applicable platform.
For subscriptions managed through Thinkific, cancellation is completed as follows:
- Go to sortitout.thinkific.com
- Click your name in the upper right-hand area under the dashboard
- Click Billing on the left-hand side
- Click Cancel on the left-hand side
Once canceled, your subscription remains active until your next billing date, and then access ends unless you resubscribe.
Important: Merely sending an email, failing to use the Program, assuming a Program ends automatically, or telling us informally that you are “done” does not by itself cancel a subscription unless we expressly confirm a different cancellation process in writing for that specific offer.
9. Refund Policy
Unless a specific Program or Service expressly states otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds will be provided for:
- subscription billing periods in which access was available,
- failure to use or complete a Program,
- forgetting to cancel,
- misunderstanding the subscription structure,
- deciding later that a Program or Service was not a good fit,
- or dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the described Program or Service was made available as purchased.
For subscription-based offers, payments are for access and continued availability, not for actual usage.
10. Failed Payments, Charge Failures, and Nonpayment
If your payment method is declined, fails, expires, or cannot be processed for any reason, we may:
- retry the payment method,
- suspend access to the applicable Program or Service,
- revoke access to content until payment is made,
- and/or terminate your enrollment for nonpayment.
You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to effective cancellation.
We reserve the right to deny future enrollment or purchases if prior payment obligations remain unpaid.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to review the matter before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
You acknowledge that charges incurred before a valid cancellation, or charges for a Program or Service that was made available to you as purchased, are authorized charges under these Terms.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute and we determine that the charge was valid under these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny future access to our Programs and Services.
12. Access Periods and Availability
Access to a Program or Service depends on the specific offer purchased.
For example:
- some Programs may remain available only while a subscription is active,
- some classes may be limited to a defined access period,
- some live offers may include only scheduled sessions,
- and some digital products may be available indefinitely after purchase.
The access period for each Program or Service will be stated at the time of purchase or inside the applicable Program description.
13. Videos, Recordings, Live Sessions, and Downloadable Content
Access to videos, recordings, lessons, modules, live sessions, and other content may vary by Program or Service.
Unless otherwise stated:
- live sessions are available only at the times scheduled,
- recordings are available only if included in the specific offer,
- and platform-based content remains available only during the stated access period.
Downloadable or printable materials provided as part of a Program or Service may be retained for your personal use unless the specific offer states otherwise.
14. Changes to Programs and Services
We reserve the right to revise, update, replace, rearrange, reschedule, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of any Program or Service at any time, including:
- modules,
- lessons,
- handouts,
- recordings,
- bonuses,
- pricing,
- instructors,
- delivery methods,
- features,
- and access arrangements.
15. Personal Use Only / Intellectual Property
All Programs and Services, including but not limited to videos, recordings, handouts, downloads, text, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, branding, methods, systems, lessons, courses, classes, and related materials, are the exclusive property of Sort-It-Out, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased Programs and Services solely for your own individual use.

- copy,

- distribute,
- republish,
- upload,

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, without refund, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms Sort-It-Out, its users, or its business.

19. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sort-It-Out’s total aggregate liability for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Sort-It-Out for the applicable Program or Service during the one-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sort-It-Out, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
- your breach of these Terms,

21. Confidentiality and Privacy
We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, if any, and our general business practices.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may provide access to or rely upon third-party platforms, payment processors, software tools, websites, integrations, or services.
We do not control third-party tools and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, interruptions, errors, policies, or availability.
Your use of third-party tools or platforms may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
23. Termination by Sort-It-Out
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, remove content, or terminate your account or enrollment at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms,
- you abuse the platform or others,
- you fail to make required payments,
- you engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct,
- you share your account improperly,
- or we determine that continued access is not in the best interests of Sort-It-Out or its users.
24. Notices
You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures, billing updates, policy changes, operational messages, and other communications to the email address associated with your account.
You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for checking it regularly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Programs and Services, or your relationship with Sort-It-Out shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
27. Waiver
Failure by Sort-It-Out to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies, checkout terms, offer-specific terms, and incorporated notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sort-It-Out, Inc. regarding the applicable Programs and Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings to the extent they conflict with these Terms.
